As a liquidity provider, you play a vital role in RedPill’s growth. $PILL points are the rewards you earn by providing liquidity with the $wGPT and $USDC token pool on the Uniswap exchange.

What is a Liquidity Pool?
A liquidity pool is one of the key ways to earn rewards ($PILL points) on RedPill. Liquidity providers support RedPill ecosystem growth by supplying liquidity to RedPill’s $wGPT and $USDC token pool. In return, they receive $PILL points and a share of trading fees.
In the future, $PILL points will qualify users for a $PILL token airdrop and IDO allocation based on their accumulated points. The key is to participate early in quests and rewards while Beta rewards are still live.

Here’s how you can unlock bonus $PILL points during the first season:
Earn $PILL points based on the USD value of your added liquidity.
Earn additional $PILL points for liquidity added by users you referred.
Users who add liquidity before Season 1 starts will receive extra $PILL points.

How Are RedPill LP Rewards Calculated?
Pill Points distribution is calculated hourly, aggregating several rewards to determine the total $PILL points earned each hour. For more details, visit the LP Rewards page here.
Key Points to Remember When Participating in LP Rewards
Claiming Rewards:
$PILL points earned during the season must be claimed promptly. Unclaimed rewards will expire at the end of Season 2.
APR Calculation:
APR is calculated with 1 $PILL point = $0.50 USD. Note that this does not reflect the future token price.
Rewards Snapshots:
Rewards are distributed hourly based on snapshots, which calculate the proportion of time your liquidity was added relative to the snapshot time.
