Introduction

Liquidity is vital for the RedPill ecosystem, enabling seamless $wGPT and $USDC token exchanges with minimal slippage and optimal pricing. By providing liquidity, participants ensure a stable and efficient trading environment that benefits all users.

Liquidity providers earn Pill Points and a share of trading fees.

Pill Points can potentially be converted into platform tokens in the future.

Liquidity Pools on Uniswap

You can follow these steps to add and remove liquidity from the wGPT-USDC pool on Uniswap.

Adding Liquidity

1. Find the wGPT-USDC pool: Visit Uniswap

2. Connect Wallet and Switch Networks: Click "Connect to a wallet" in the top right corner and choose your wallet. Follow the prompts to connect your wallet to Uniswap. Ensure you’re on the Base Chain.

3. Select Tokens: Choose the wGPT token（0x74F62Bc1961028C22b8080961c6534f4eDD49D6C), and click “Pools”.

4. Navigate to Pool and Click the Add Liquidity button.

5. Enter amount: Input the amount of each token you'd like to deposit. The other token amount will be calculated automatically based on the current exchange rate.

6. Approve Tokens: If it's your first time providing liquidity for the selected tokens, you must approve them. Click "Approve" and confirm the transactions in your wallet.

7. Preview and Confirm: Click "Preview" to check the information, and then click "Add" to complete adding liquidity.

8. Confirm Liquidity Supply: Click Supply and review the details. Confirm the transaction in your wallet. You'll receive LP tokens representing your share of the liquidity pool.

9. Check your Positions: After adding, you can view your positions and the trading fee earnings from the pool.

Removing Liquidity

1. Connect Wallet: Visit Uniswap, connect your wallet, and switch to Base Chain as previously described.

2. View Your Pools: Click the Your Liquidity tab to see the pools you've provided liquidity to.

3. Select the Pool: Find your wGPT pool and click Remove liquidity.

4. Choose Removal Percentage: Select the percentage of liquidity you'd like to remove (e.g., 25%, 50%, 75%, 100%).

5. Approve Removal: If necessary, click Approve and confirm the transaction in your wallet.

6. Confirm Removal: Click Remove to confirm your wallet's transaction. Your tokens will be returned to your wallet, and your LP tokens will be burned.
